This piece is being show at the Gardens of Glass exhibit at Pratt in N.Y.  It is for sale but will not be available to be shipped until it is returned from that event at the end of November.  
Special effects enamel (glass) in yellows and blues are used to create fractal patterns that resemble Lichen. Set in copper and silver with a bright blue topaz cabochon.  This pin measures 2.5” x 2.5”.
